He is survived by: his parents, Phillip E. Peters and Miriam Ruth Finley Peters; his sister Olivia Grace Peters; and his grandmother Elane Finley of Belton. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, and cousins.
He was predeceased by maternal grandfather, Robert Finley; and paternal grandparents, Norma Lee Eller and Phillip E. Peters, Sr. A private memorial service will be held, with a public service to be planned at a later date when the COVID-19 restrictions are lifted.
