He is survived by: his children, Randy Nix (Pamela) and Sandy Plain (Kevin); his grandchildren, Zachary Nix, Quinn Nix, Sarah Lusk, Savannah Lusk, Hunter Nix (Shelby), Christopher "Kit" Lusk and Cason Nix; and his sister Gladys Looper (James).
