She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward McCollum and Effie Cooper McCollum; her husband Gene Ramsey, Sr.; and her son Gene Howard Ramsey, Jr.. She is survived by: her siblings, Marvin McCollum, Roger McCollum (Charlene), Tommy McCollum (Pam), Ricky McCollum (Rhonda), Linda Gibson (Bud), Vickie Baucom (Buddy) and Sue McElroy (Dale).
