It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Elder Theodore Green Sr. of Ridgeville, South Carolina, who passed away on April 1, 2024, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his parents, Julius Green, Sr. and Maggie Green; his son Theodore "Roy" Green, Jr.; and his grandson Jerrel R. West. He is survived by : his wife Missionary Carrie Green; his children, Elder Warren Lee Green (Patricia), Albert Green (Debbie), Pernell Green (Violet) of Ridgeville, SC, Cheryl Womble (Leroy), Steven Green (Carolyn) of Clover, SC and Karren Aiken (Lamont) of Summerville, SC; his siblings-in-law, Timothy Haynes (Mary), Julie Goodwine, Mattie Greene, Eartha Haynes, Emily Haynes of Ridgeville, SC, Eartha Simmons, Christine Storey (Bishop Johnny) of Hempstead, NY and Mary Haynes of Jacksonville, FL; and his caregiver Latrice Green. He is also survived by 19 grandchildren, 11 great-grandchildren, and 2 great-great-grandchildren; a host of nieces and nephews.

Viewing was held on Thursday, April 4th 2024 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Serenity Mortuary (740 N Gum St, Summerville, SC 29483). A funeral service was held on Friday, April 5th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Home-Going Service.
