He was predeceased by: his wife Diane Turner Farr; his parents, Wilson Farr and Lois Bockstead Farr; and his brother Jerry B. Farr. He is survived by: his children, Mellisa Farr and James Farr, Jr.; his grandchildren, Tiffanie Davis, Samuel York and Myles Everett Davis Farr; his great grandchildren, Isabell Davis, Anthony Davis and Amalia York; and his sister Lois Joy Gough of Texas.
