He was predeceased by : his parents, Isaac Henderson Watts and Ella Hall Watts; and his siblings, Jennings, Cleveland, Carl, Lindsey, Lucille, Leona and JoAnn.

He is survived by : his wife Nancy Clyburn Watts; his daughter Cassie Borough (Brian); and his granddaughter Brooke Ellen Borough of Lexington, S. C.. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be to American Cancer Society, P.O. Box 100902, Columbia, S.C.; Longtown Presbyterian Church General Fund, 8010 Longtown Road, Ridgeway, S.C. 29130; or a charity of one's choice.
