It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Alfred Christopher Gross of Rock Hill, South Carolina, who passed away on August 26, 2020, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Army Captain Herbert Carl and Nancy Hage Gross; his wife Barbara RIppen; his children, Amy Gross-Kehoe of Falmouth, Mass., Alex Gross of Las Vegas and Nev; his grandchildren, Merrick Woodley Kehoe, Connor W. Gross and Cameron M. Gross; and his siblings, Susan Gross of Bethel, Conn., Anne Waite of LaFargeville, NY., James Gross of Nantucket, Mass. and Steven Gross of Waitsfield, Vt..
