It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Clara Buchanan (Rock Hill, South Carolina), born in Rio, Illinois, who passed away on June 22, 2018, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Perry Evans and Fern Higgins Evans; her husband James Buchanan; and her son Timothy Buchanan. She is survived by: her daughters, Susan Miller (Arne) and Phyllis Parker (Kevin); and her siblings, John Evans (Joyce) of Erie, IL, Arthur Evans (Sherri) of Fort Mill, Patricia Rohs and Phyllis Kraklow.
