It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Freda Ray Thomas of Rock Hill, South Carolina, born in Huntington, West Virginia, who passed away on July 19, 2021, at the age of 95, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Aaron Ray and Lucy Wright Ray; her husband Roy J. Thomas; and her children, Carol A. Bagwell, Roy C. Thomas and Fredrick P. Thomas.
She is survived by: her children, Joseph R. Thomas of Rock Hill, Deana Griggs of Maryland, VA, Rosie Brooks (Mark) of Denton, NC, Donna Ramsey (Steve) of Rock Hill and Ronda Pulsifer (John) of Rock Hill; and her sister Helen. She is also survived by fourteen grandchildren; fifteen great-grandchildren; six great-great-grandchildren.
