He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Cynthia Plyler Ashley of Rock Hill, SC; his children, Amy Cridlebaugh (Devin) of Parker, CO and Scott Ashley (Kelly) of Weddington, NC; his stepson Chuck Collins (Katie) of Charleston, SC.; his grandchildren, Cole, Evie, James of Weddington, Sam, Ty of Parker, Lucy and Annie of Charleston; his sisters, Kathy Martin (Bill) of Batavia, OH and Patti Kappers (Ted) of Cincinnati, OH; his parents, Ken Ashley and Rita Ashley; and his daughter Joyce Ashley. He was also cherished by children and grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Rock Hill Elks Lodge #1318 in memory of Jim Ashley.
