He was predeceased by: his parents, Royce P. Warlick and Mable Stewart Warlick; his wife Helen Raylene Smith Warlick; and his siblings, Mattie Hawkins, Royce P. Warlick, Jr. and Bill Warlick.
He is survived by: his children, Tammy L. Hovis (Carl) of Rock Hill and Kenneth L. Warlick, Jr. (Janice) of Rock Hill; his grandsons, Kenneth L. Warlick, III (Jessica Tomkiel) and Jason Ashworth (Pam); and his great grandchild Harley Ashworth.
