It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Louise Strait (Rock Hill, South Carolina), born in York, South Carolina, who passed away on March 3, 2019, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Herbert Lee Jackson and May White Jackson; her husband Billy E. Strait; her son Dennie E. Strait; and her siblings, Edgar Jackson, Margaret Shugart, Dorothy Mitchum and Lauren Gaulden.
She is survived by: her children, Chris Strait of Rock Hill and Susan Maxson (Bill) of Cornelius, NC; her grandchildren, Trevor Maxson (Missy), Garrett Maxson (Tiffany McCall), Tammy Weiker (John) and Debbie Portas (Billy); her great grandchildren, Cassie, Peyton, Will and Avery; her great great grandchild Kaelann; and her siblings, Carl Jackson, Odell Jackson, Floyd Jackson, Robert Jackson and Miriam Mitchum.
