It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Robert Proctor (Rock Hill, South Carolina), born in Ethel, Mississippi, who passed away on July 24, 2018, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parent Collins Proctor; his sister Gloria D. Johnson; and his stepson Donald T. Sanders. He is survived by: his parent Vernice Daughtery Proctor; his spouse Juanita "Kitten" Sanders Proctor; his children, Rodney Proctor of Rock Hill and David Proctor of Philadelphia; his stepchildren, Kelly Sumwalt (Dave) of Rock Hill and Stephan Sanders of Phoenix, AZ; his grandchildren, Anna Marie Rogers (Ben) of Charleston, Will Sumwalt of Charlotte, NC, Caroline Sumwalt and Claire Sumwalt; and his sibling Margie E. Fritts.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made in Bob's memory to Lakewood Baptist Church, 3520 Mount Gallant Road, Rock Hill, SC 29732.
