He was predeceased by: his parents, Billye Bridges Bass and George Liston Bass, Sr.. He is survived by: his wife Peggy Crumley Bass; his children, Ashley Bass, Brian Bass, Selena Bass Turnipseed (David), Jordan Bass (Heidi) and Brantley Bass Beeler (Jeff); and his grandchildren, Bevin Bass, Brinn Bass, Sydney Turnipseed, Laney Turnipseed, Owen Bass, Hudson Bass, Lola Beeler and Lenora Beeler.
Visitation will be held on Friday, June 6th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the J. M. Dunbar Funeral Home & Crematory (690 Southport Rd, Roebuck, SC 29376). A memorial service will be held on Saturday, June 7th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Trinity United Methodist Church (626 Norwood St, Spartanburg, SC 29302).
