He was predeceased by : his wife Carol Ann Crowe (Kuykendall); his daughters, Dianna Lynn Crowe and Linda Ann Crowe of Spartanburg, SC; his parents, Ronald Herbert Crowe (Curley) and Mable Fagg Crowe of Alcoa; and his siblings, Mary Charlotte Crowe Maxey of Knoxville, TN and Ed Crowe of Maryville, TN..
He is survived by : his children, William R. Crowe II (Jessica) of Savannah, GA, Janet Crowe-Sessoms of Myrtle Beach, SC and Maria Crowe Cochran (Jody) of Boiling Springs, SC.; his sister Beverly Crowe Johnston (Charles) of Knoxville, TN; his grandchildren, Kristen Horn (Matt), Allyson Kunkel, Tyler Sessoms, Mason Cochran, Chase Cochran and Savannah Crowe; his great grandchildren, Elizabeth, Alyssa, Jeffrey and Madison Horn; and his uncle Elmo Fagg. He is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.
