Linda Karmendy Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Linda Karmendy of Saint Helena Island, South Carolina, born in Windber, Pennsylvania, who passed away on April 29, 2025, at the age of 75, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, John Debias and Delores Coleman Debias; her husband Charles Joseph Karmendy of St. Helena Island, SC; her brother John Debias; and her brother-in-law Richard Kinkade.
She is survived by: her daughters, Stacey Hadsall (Jason) and Kimberly Karmendy; her granddaughters, Danielle, Brooke and Lauren Hadsall (Kevin); her great grandchildren, Noah Charles and LJ; her sister-in-law Julianne Kinkade; and her sister Sharon Swanhart (Ken Swanhart).
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests that donations be made to MUSC Shawn Jenkins pediatric research center.
