She was predeceased by : her grandparents, Ollvetta Peirce and William Peirce; and her cousins, Dustin Wagner, Elexis Bair and Kristy McGinnis.

She is survived by : her parents, Deborah Ellabarger (Dirk) of Orangeburg and John Fernandez of Tampa; her children, Alex Stack and Macy Blumenburg (Brandon) of Summerville; her siblings, Kevin Ellabarger of Orangeburg, J. C. Fernandez of Tampa, Florida, Brandi Gallego, Melbourne, Monica Mitchell of Oklahoma City and Betsy Fernandez of Oklahoma City; her niece Jennifer Goodwin (Michael) of Orangeburg; her sister-in-law Melissa "Lisa" Stack; and her close friends, Patti Smith, Melissa Gramling and Cindy McKeowen. She is also survived by aunts, uncles and cousins; special co-workers.
