It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Elouise Milford Middleton of Saint Stephen, South Carolina, who passed away on September 20, 2021, at the age of 99, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was loved and cherished by many people including : her children, Patricia S. Casey (Bernard) of St. Stephen, SC and Michael Segar (Charlene) of St. Stephen, SC; and her sister Flossie M. Segar of New. She was also cherished by great-grands, nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
