It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Naomi Terri Oatis (Salters, South Carolina), who passed away on November 8, 2019, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was loved and cherished by many people including: her husband Michael Oatis; her children, Anthony Scott of Delaware, Roland Wilson of Salters, SC, Audrey Jenkins of Salters, SC and Cynthia White (John) of Woodbridge, VA; and her sister Hallie Nesmith (Frank) of Kingstree, SC. She was also cherished by eight grandchildren, five great-grandchildren; a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
