He is survived by: his wife Janice Ross Powell; his sons, Travis Powell of Saluda and Daniel Powell (Wendy) of Saluda; and his sisters, Glenda Warren (Joe) of Johnston and Virginia Enlow (Greg) of Ninety-Six. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews.
