It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Paul O'Cain of Santee, South Carolina, born in Orangeburg, South Carolina, who passed away on February 18, 2021, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his brother John E. O'Cain. He is survived by : his wife Fairy Marchant O'Cain; his children, Paul "Randy" O'Cain (Marianne) of Tampa, FL, David A. O'Cain and Jean Anne Encardes (Steve); and his siblings, Carl B. O'Cain (Jo) and Judith E. Coker.
