He is survived by: his fiancé Shirley Boswell; his daughter Michele Simpson (Brian); his grandchildren, Monte and Lauren; his son Keith Moore (Bethany); his grandsons, Ethan, Wyatt and Eli; his son Kevin Moore (Kimberly); his grandchildren, Carson, Cameron and Chanel; and his brother Eric Moore (Trish).
