He was loved and cherished by many people including : his parents, Dale Smith and Dianne Culick Smith of Lake City; his wife Beth Collins of Scranton; his children, Caitlin Smith (Ryan) of Scranton and Carlie Anne Smith of Scranton; his brother Roger D. Smith of Scranton; his sister-in-law Stephenie Parrott (Gary) of Lake City; his nephews, Pearson and Devin Parrott; his grandparents, Ronald D. and Barbara A. Smith of Scranton; his pets, Lillee, Cosmo, Sassy and Cash; his brother David Linnis Smith; and his grandparents, Willie C. "Bill" and Betty Culick. He was also cherished by aunts, uncles, cousins and extended family.
