It is with great sadness that we announce the death of James Garvin Willimon of Seneca, South Carolina, born in Six Mile, South Carolina, who passed away on December 14, 2021, at the age of 95, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his wife Doris Reeves Willimon; his parents, Franklin Willimon Sr. and Gladys Mauldin Willimon; and his siblings, Romain Smith, Franklin "Hubby" Willimon, Jr., Margaret Matthews, Adola Duncan and Florine Taylor.
He is survived by: his brothers, Michael Willimon and Donald "Dubby" Robinson; and his niece Jo Karen Busch Oliver. He is also survived by numerous other nieces and nephews.
