McConnell (Seneca, South Carolina), born in Sandy Springs, South Carolina, who passed away on November 28, 2021, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Calvin Mitchell and Eugenia Hunnicutt McConnell; and his friend Buddy King. He is survived by: his children, Johnny Duff McConnell (Tynette), Terri Lynch (Mike) and Karen King (Greg); his sister Phyllis King; his grandchildren, Dustin, Abby, Megan McConnell, Mitchell, Brandon Lynch and Tanner King; and his great grandchildren, Mallory, Madison Lynch, Zander Lynch and Benjamin McConnell.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Collins Children's Home, P.O. Box 745, Seneca, SC 29679.
