He is survived by: his girlfriend Sandra Smith; his children, Jett Smith and Zeke Smith (Nick); his father Frank Smith; his siblings, Patricia Kreitz (Greg), Dale Smith (Becky) and Cindy Kreitz; and his close friend Heavenly.
