He was predeceased by: his parents, Alva David Norton, Sr. and Sylvia Pearsall Norton. He is survived by: his wife Sharon Dean Norton; his children, Jack Christopher Norton (Erin) of Batesburg and Allison Lindsey Norton of Lexington; his grandchildren, Leila Kay Norton and Garner Dean Norton; and his sister Esther Marie Williams.
