He is survived by: his parent Mable Shank; his wife Sarah; his stepson Spencer Neelands; his daughter-in-law DeDe; his granddaughter Riley of Sharon; his son Eric Shank of Virginia Beach; his siblings, Deborah Patterson (Lloyd) of Virginia, Anna Mae Lantz (Lamar) of Indiana, Jean Witalis (Ken) of Ohio and Don Shank (Terri) of Ohio; and his siblings-in-law, Gil Geiser of Ohio, Wallace Ramsey (Carole), Lawrence Ramsey (Carolyn) of York, Mamie Brady, Nancy Lanier of Rock Hill and Joyce Montgomery (Wayne) of Clover.
