He was predeceased by: his parents, Wallie Dean Baldwin and Lorraine Estelle Kennedy Baldwin. He is survived by: his wife Sharon Turner Baldwin; his children, William C. Baldwin (Becky), Michael D. Baldwin, Andrew S. Baldwin (Karla) and Jamie S. Dawkins (Tommy); his grandchildren, William Baldwin (Billy), Taylor Medlin, Layne Turner, Andrew Baldwin (Drew), Jack Turner, Spencer Turner, McKenzie Turner, Jazmyn Dawkins, Jaiden Dawkins, Camryn Turner, Kelsi Parnell, Katie Parnell and Abbie Baldwin; his great grandchild Kilee Rose; and his siblings, Connie Warren (Paul), Michele Bowman (Lee), Annie Maloy (James) and Dean Baldwin (Renee). He is also survived by nieces, nephews and cousins.
