He was predeceased by: his parent Pink Evans Bowers, Jr.; and his brothers, Charles E. Bowers and Steve A. Bowers. He is survived by: his parent Gertrude Hamm Bowers; his wife Andrea Hembree Bowers; his children, Craig Bowers of West Columbia and Suzanne Bowers (Rocky Cosmos) of West Columbia; and his grandson Alexander Bowers.
