He is survived by: his wife Karen Stegall; his children, Dawn Ketcham (Jamie) and Phillip Stegall; his grandchildren, Olivia, Amber, Hannah Eckart, Ryder Stegall and Logan Ketcham; his great grandchild Eugene Stafford, IV; his niece Michelle Veasey; his great-niece Jacki Chadwick; and his friends, John Eckart and John Diehl.
