Though Alfred F. may have slipped beyond the veil of mortality, his essence lingers like a faint fragrance in the air, a lingering reminder of the beauty and complexity of the human experience.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Alfred F. Jackson and Harriet Ruth Farmer Jackson; and his wife Margaret Gossett Jackson. He is survived by: his children, Donna Abernathy, Paula Trail and Frank Jackson (Laverne). He is also survived by seven grandchildren, eight great-grandchildren, and three great-great-grandchildren.
A graveside service will be held on Friday, August 1st 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Westwood Memorial Gardens (6101 Reidville Rd, Moore, SC 29369). A celebration of life will be held on Sunday, August 3rd 2025 at 3:00 PM at the Hope Church (102 John Dodd Rd, Spartanburg, SC 29303).
