She is survived by: her husband James Carree, Jr.; her daughter Sheri Griffin (Brenden) of Loganville, GA; her siblings, Bernice Saxon of Greenville, SC, Lucille Frederick of Summerville, SC, Jessie Porter of Conyers, GA, Lula Porter of Decatur, GA, Alberta Williams of Norway, SC, Harold Nix of Blackville, SC, McKinley Nix of Blackville, SC, Kenneth Nix of Columbia, SC and Walter Nix of Denmark, SC; and her grandsons, Amaree and Carter Griffin. She is also survived by two great-grandson; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
