It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Caroln Pennell (Spartanburg, South Carolina), born in Exmore, Virginia, who passed away on June 28, 2018, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. Caroln was predeceased by: brothers, Houston Carter Duer and Grayson Duer. Caroln is survived by: parents, Maurice James and Alberta Duer; child Richard Hamer Pennell, Jr; and grandchildren, Allen Pennell Albergotti (Gaston), Richard Hamer Pennell, III and James Duer Pennell.
