It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Cecil Darrell Fowler of Spartanburg, South Carolina, who passed away on October 15, 2020, at the age of 59, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his parents, Cecil Leroy Fowler and Nellie Mae Osment. He is survived by : his son-in-law A. J.; his daughters, Kristi Fowler (A. J. Bright), Jamie Fowler (Lewis Stephens) and Ashley Squires; his grandchildren, Victoria McDaniel, Preston Gardner, Sydney Bright, Aden Bright, Madison Stephens, Skylar Stephens, Riley Stephens, Noah Thomas, Shayla Thomas and Catyln Henderson; his siblings, Phillip Fowler (Angie), Cheryl Fowler and Michelle Osment; his stepmother Avis Fowler; and the mother of his children Rhonda Fowler. He is also survived by many other close friends and family members.
