He was loved and cherished by many people including: his grandparents, James and Gertrude Kelly; his wife Maxine Kelly of Roebuck, SC; his children, Deon Kelly of Spartanburg, SC, Cortez Cunningham of Spartanburg, SC and Marilyn Wynette Kelly of Roebuck; his parent Thelma Kelly of Spartanburg, SC; and his siblings, Mary Black (David) of Pauline, Alsie Sullivan (John) of Spartanburg, Terry Kelly of Spartanburg and Willie Kelly.
A funeral service was held on Tuesday, May 13th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the John Stinson Woodward Memorial Chapel (594 Howard St, Spartanburg, SC 29303).
