She was predeceased by : her mother JoAnn Neal Garrett. She is survived by : her father R. D. "Bob" Garrett of Anderson; her sons, Charlie Phillips (D. J.) of Gainesville, GA, Mackie Phillips (Anna) of Hendersonville, NC, Michael Wilson (Hayden) of Greenville, SC and Cory Wilson of Seneca, SC; her grandchildren, Alex, Sean and Ryan Phillips; her sons, Gus, Lark Wilson and R. J. Phillips; and her siblings, Penny Crowell (Drew) of Durango, CO, Robbie Garrett (Pam) of Anderson, Sherri Settle (Mike) of Anderson and Rusty Garrett of Anderson. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
