With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Clarke Brannon (Spartanburg, South Carolina), born in Baltimore, Maryland, who passed away on August 4, 2019 at the age of 65. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Frederick Seaman Smart and Clarke Lowndes Smart; and her brother Frederick B. Smart. She is survived by: her husband Robert "Bob" A. Brannon; her children, Hannah Brannon Bodie (Jason) of Mount Pleasant, SC and Bladen A. Brannon (Liz) of Spartanburg, SC; her grandchildren, Henry, Caitlyn Bodie, Bear and Carson Brannon; her sister Anne Smart Pagano of Raleigh, NC; and her sister-in-law Sandy Campbell Smart of Bridgeport, WV. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews and many dear friends.
