He was predeceased by: his parents, Clyde Sr. Cruikshank and Margaret Cruikshank. He is survived by: his wife Leona Van Noort; his daughters, Susan Lynn Smith (Derek Smith) of Dover and Amy Jo Myslinski (Brian Myslinski) of Spartanburg; his granddaughters, Amanda Jane Houle (Kristopher Houle) and Lauren Day (Mike Guerrette); and his great grandchild Boden Cooper Houle.
