He was predeceased by : his parents, Maudie Inez Dunagan Fowler and David Russell Fowler; and his sister Martha Waldrop. He is survived by : his wife Gail Scruggs Fowler; and his niece Teri R Walker (Rick). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
