She was predeceased by: her parents, Charlotte C. James and Bradford R. Philo; her former husband Reverend Anton Blyden; her siblings, William, Reuben Philo and Linda Philo; and her siblings-in-law, Arties Lee Moultrie (Helen), Fred Moultrie (Nina), James Moultrie, Floyd Moultrie and Marian M. Gilree.
She is survived by: her children, Dr. Leo, Cathy Whitaker and Elva Buckley; her sibling's children, Jacqueline B. Rollins (Christopher) and Alfred O. Buckley (Helen); her sister-in-law Julia Moultrie Peak; Dr. Rodwell. She is also survived by nieces and nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews, close friends and amazingly supportive neighbors.
