She was predeceased by: her parents, Nelson Millard and Lillian Millard. She is survived by: her spouse Ewald James Kotzur; her children, James Anthony Kotzur (Kerry), Brenda Lee Garvey (Frank) and Connie Morgan (William); and her brothers, Joe Millard and Nelson Millard (Lois). She is also survived by nine grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Friday, May 16th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Bobo Funeral Chapel (1860 Cannons Campground Rd, Spartanburg, SC 29307).
