He was predeceased by: his parents, Ezor Janning Flynn and Laura Omega Dennis Flynn; and his brother Roy Flynn. He is survived by: his wife Myrtle Mahaffey Flynn; his children, Hollie Flynn (Stephen Barrett) of Spartanburg and Michael Flynn (Thelma) of Boiling Springs; his brother Ray Flynn of Hover, Alabama; and his granddaughter Brianna Flynn (Michael).
