He was predeceased by: his parents, Fletcher Kelly and Birdie Kelly (Pearson); and his wife Betty Kelly (Collins). He is survived by: his sons, Charles E. Kelly (Deborah) of Moore, SC, Eddie D. Kelly (Tina) of Moore, SC, Michael E. Kelly (Vicki) of Greer, SC and Larry L. Kelly (Teresa) of Duncan, SC. He is also survived by seven grandchildren and eighteen great-grandchildren.
