He was predeceased by: his parents, James Allen, Sr. and Hazel Morrow Foster; his wife Laura Ann Foster; and his brother Stephen Foster. He is survived by: his sons, Bryan Foster (Lisa), Daryl Foster (Decie) and Brent Foster. He is also survived by five grandchildren and four great grandchildren.
