He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred Quinn and Ida Mae Moore Quinn; his son James Ronald Quinn; and his siblings, Fred Quinn, Shirley Quinn Lee and Corrine Quinn Willard.
He is survived by: his wife Melba Gail Quinn; his daughter Deborah Renee Quinn Whitlock (Eddy); his sister Rebecca Quinn Owens; his grandchildren, Lindsey Quinn, Hannah Rhoades (Austin), Kristen Dunagan, Jody Whitlock and Jay Whitlock; and his nephew Kevin Owens.
Visitation will be held on Friday, July 25th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Floyd Greenlawn Chapel (2075 E Main St, Spartanburg, SC 29307). A funeral service will be held on Friday, July 25th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Greenlawn Memorial Chapel - Heritage Chapel (2075 E Main St, Spartanburg, SC 29307).
