He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Grover Cleveland and Thelma Beatrice Wyatt Dorsey; his wife Elizabeth "Beth" Pettit Dorsey; his son Nicholas Scott Dorsey (Courtney); his grandchildren, Autumn, Taylor, Gavin, Logan and Savannah; his brothers, Ronald C. Dorsey (Joyce) and Elijah Thomas Dorsey (late Brenda Dorsey); and his brother-in-law Randy Pettit (Judy). He was also cherished by numerous nieces, nephews, great-nieces and nephews, and great-great-nieces and nephews.
