It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joanne Cannon (Spartanburg, South Carolina), who passed away on July 4, 2023, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, William Harrison Blackwell and Clarice Allen Blackwell; her husband Fred Franklin Cannon; and her brother D. Earl Blackwell. She is survived by: her son Jeffery F. Cannon of Spartanburg, S. C.; her grandchildren, J. Logan Cannon (Jennifer) of Rock Hill, S. C. and Katherine C. Cannon of Nashville, TN; her great grandchild William Logan Cannon of Rock Hill, S. C; and her nieces, Vicki Blackwell of Spartanburg, S. C and Karen Potter of Walnut Grove, S. C..
