The memory of Margaret Elaine Lewis of Spartanburg, South Carolina, who passed away on April 22, 2024 at the age of 81, will forever remain in the hearts of those touched by this precious presence in their lives. She was predeceased by : her parents, Lee Smith (Fowler) and Alvin Smith. She is survived by : her husband Marvin Lewis; her children, Samantha Cothran (Jeff), Scott, David and Larry Fagan; and her grandchildren, Andrew, Cain, Matthew, Sidney, Sean, Brittany, Kaitlyn, Austin, Justin and Jordan. She is also survived by eight great grandchildren.
