She was predeceased by: her parents, William Harris and Mildred Harris; and her siblings, Margaret Jackson (Peggy) and Bill Harris. She is survived by: her sons, Randy (Maria) and Kenny; her husband Lyle Bates of Fayette, Ohio.; her son Ken (Kim); and her grandchildren, Danielle Bates, Jeanette Kuhn (Joshua), Kayla Waters (Muteyi) and Aaron Bates (Lauren). She is also survived by two great-grandchildren.
